It’s only fitting that our first product release of 2012 is an Outlier Experiment; after all, experimenting is what we do best. The Soft Core Rain Shirt is like wearing a warm, expensive hug. We took everything we loved about our Soft Core Wool Vest and Supermarine® Rain Shirt and combined them, creating the look of a tailored dress shirt with the warmth of a jacket. When we finally checked the books the shirt came out to a pretty penny, but it felt so good we made a few anyway.

The Superfine Merino wool on the inside is a next-to-skin dream, the Primaloft Infinity insulation is warm yet breathable and doesn’t migrate or bunch, and the highly water resistant cotton shirting outer keeps that cold winter wetness at bay.
