Hope you’re all having a great start to the week.

We’re happy to let you know that we just had our first rooftop harvest last Saturday, on our Ngau Tau Kok rooftop farm in Kowloon.

We’ve been growing some cherry tomatoes, basil (sweet and Thai) and string beans for the past few months and they were ready for picking on Saturday. Ida, Bo, Matt and Michael were delighted to try the first harvest from our rooftop – and to share it with our friends in our building – The Cave and Trends On. Michael even brought some over to our neighbours Hidden Agenda at the Chochukmo gig!

It’s been a tiring few months and the roof’s been changing everyday. We’re currently composting all our lovely nutritious soil from Mapopo Community Farm in Fanling. If you plan to visit us on weekends, please bring your uncooked food scraps (no meats please)!!! We’re gearing up for HK’s peak season!!!
